Mark J. Melillo
CEO
Since founding the New Jersey-based Company in 1988, Mark has led the firm's rapid expansion to four states and an equally dramatic increase in its vendor partnerships and service offerings. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a start-up consultancy to a mid-sized, systems and technology integrator, with annual revenues exceeding $60 million. Mark's focus on technology leadership has enabled Melillo to receive numerous industry accolades including the Economic Vitality Award and numerous occurrences on both the VARBusiness 500 and Deloitte & Touche's Technology Fast 50. Mark also has served on a variety of industry panels for CRN/VAR Business, HP and Avnet. He currently serves on the HP Enterprise Council and the Avnet Advisory Council.
Steve Tepedino
President
Steve Tepedino is tasked with the Company's day-to-day operations and organic growth strategy. With over 25 years of experience in high tech distribution and value-added reseller (VAR) markets, Steve has a unique breadth and depth of experience in the IT market sector. Prior to joining Melillo, Steve was President and CEO of Channel Savvy, a management consulting firm specializing in technology vendors and their channel partners. Previously, he spent 22 years working for Avnet, Inc., having served as a corporate vice president and as President of Avnet Technology Solutions (ATS), a $3.5B operating group delivering IT products and services to a broad range of solution providers. Prior to his role as President, he held a variety of executive management and sales positions within the company. Steve earned a B.S. in Engineering Chemistry from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook.
Bob Shoykhet
CFO
Bob's focus is on the development of immediate and long-term financial strategies that support current and future business opportunities. He does all of this while leading the implementation and maintenance of internal financial structures and processes. Bob's 19 years of experience includes working as an auditor for a Big 5 accounting firm, as well as CFO for an international consulting and PC manufacturing company His extensive experience involved managing the financial growth of a company from $32 million to $350 million in, including the bidding and acquisition of competing companies. He also was the leader in establishing financial operations and structures in five international markets.
Paul King
Vice President Professional Services
As the leader of Melillo's professional services team, Paul is responsible for the development and delivery of successful professional services programs that focus on the use of innovative solutions to solve client problems and grow client revenue. He has served as Vice President at Melillo since 2011. Prior to joining Melillo, he served as President and COO of Aperio CI, a company specializing in data analytics solutions for the telecom industry. Paul also served at a National, Americas and Global level in HP’s Consulting and Integration business for over 14 years. During that time, he took on increasingly larger P/L responsibilities and provided a track record of profitable growth of revenue through the development, deployment and sales of sophisticated technology based solutions with a particular focus on the Financial Services market. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
